When it comes to parralax scrolling, heres how its done:
When Sonic is moving the screen at a certian speed, the background should move at a slower speed. I hope this file helps (If i got the right one that is)!

On a good note, I've finally tracked down the voices for Tiara B. and Tails - now I just need to find a Sonic, a Rouge and an Eggman voice and then I can finally get to work on some of these cutscenes that my head is overloaded with!

Take my advice and write down the ideas on paper, it helps in case you want to expand upon them.
