If you have AR You could put in a cheat to allways catch pokemon no matter what... i caught latios like 3 times, he (or is it she?) showed up 4 times, i killed it the 4th time... for groudon i used no cheats, i started doing that after i beat the game, use a timer ball like after 500 turns, but there is a masterball in team magma/aqua base...you couldn't catch skarmory? neither could i... cheats rock i had 99masterballs!...
