So,

I've been making games for about a year now, and have found that I really enjoy the programming. The biggest thing holding my games back is the utter lack of artistic ability I've been not blessed with.

So I submit this message to anyone out there potentially on the flip side of this equation. If you are willing to make the sprites, I am willing to make the game.

I realize this is a bit of a time commitment for anyone, though, so if you're interested, leave an email address and I'll send you some of the stuff I've done in the past. From there you can decide whether or not it would be worth your time.

Additionally, I have game ideas, but realize everyone has game ideas. I just like programming, and would be completely willing to try and piece together any game ideas you may have... though I'll tell you up front, they're going to end up with at least a touch of Bryan's flavor. 8)

So that's it I guess. This is really wide open to everything. Either post here or, prefereably, shoot me an email at bryanbarhorst@hotmail.com

Peace Peace,

Bryan

I mean, I'd be up for making an RPG... but you really don't understand how little art talent I have. I'd need at least character sprites before I can really get started. Plus the only RPG idea I currently have would require an obscene number of graphics... so I'm holding off on that one.

So I'm a bit without direction. What I'm really hoping to find is someone who just likes to draw. We'll trade emails, he'll say "lets make this type of game", and I'll say "yeah, and we can do this with it", and he'll say "yeah, I already know what I want the main character to look like", and I'll say etc etc etc.

For example, I met a guy in college who could draw and we did this. We ended up making a pretty slick puzzle game. It's a little glitchy, but I'm proud of it. Then he transferred and I got busy and it just kind of stalled out.

I've attached it... and wow... this thing could really use music and sound effects. Anyways, feel free to play to get a feel for what I'm capable of.
