Sky is probably busy with real world stuff, just give it time, we don't pay him to work on GE.
We've waited years to get this far, we can wait a little longer, haha.

Of course. In fact I would wait even years. Although.. what makes you think it will happen at all ?
Sky is probably busy with real world stuff

Just like he is probably tired of gE.

My point is. There is no single insurance. Quite the oposite actually. The fact he doesn´t post even one line.
One informative line would be enough right? Since when busy people can not find 1 free minute of importance in the scope of 1 month?

Well neither of those things are what I meant at all guys :( !

It was ready to export a month ago, so I'm just really excited with the prospect of getting the update any day now. All that's left is a little hardware obstacle, is all. The plot is thickening, the climax is approaching, excitement runs rampant, and soon the light of the holy pac-icon will shine upon us peasants........

Wow is he really this close to completing version 1.4.1! That's exciting, how's the Mac version doing? I heard Skydereign will have to "reinvent the wheel" of Mac support.

I'll admit I'm really excited for a windows build that includes image scaling
because I like to work with relatively small sprites, but hate running windows in fullscreen, especially since it often messes up desktop windows/icons
so being able to scale it up is going to be the best thing ever

My project supports NN scaling in runtime. And if people are interested as expected.. I will implement better image scaling involving supersampling. Means the quality of the result image will look like vector graphic resized. Not only scaling but also rotating.

With my project you will be able to store images in memory - You'll be able to have graphical games without data folder at all.
And thousands of effects, filters and manipulation could be applied to them.
And if people are interested as expected.. I will implement compression support to not overwhelm memory.

How do you decide is it going to be 1.4.1, or 1.4.2, or 1.5, or 2?

It's actually completely arbitrary. He could have called it v9001 if he wanted to.

Good to see it will make progress with updates. I also look forward to the time we get the option to switch between window or full screen modes in game compared to the current version which forces one or the other per file.
