NoH should make a June tournament with the random game topic. That would make a hilarious tournament don't you all think? Plus, it's easy and fast to make so it's obvious that everyone who joins will submit their game in a month (Or even a week.) :P

Serious projects always turn out to be a disaster in the forums, so I guess we could start the tournament small first, but NoH isn't even seeing this thread, so it'll have to wait until next month? xP

Just a tournament suggestion for June for NoH to run as usual, but he's not around these days. So... :(
(I'd love to be judge and participant at the same time in this tourney, if NoH is around. xD)

Is anyone working on a random/crap game? I am still developing mine, slowly, little by little. I have no clue when I am going to finish it.

Great to hear! Though I can't imagine a random crap game from ya, your games so far are amazing Koala! ;)
I'm having no progress on another crap game I'm making because of university problems. :(

Ball Battle!

Postby DeltaLeeds » Mon Jul 06, 2015 3:56 pm

Why do I find this thing I made so addicting? Whai? WHAI!? It's like betting which ball will win is so addicting. @@
What to do
* Anything you want, play the game if you're stressed, or completely ignore this game. :P
What you CAN do:
* Download the game.
* Guess which ball wins and loses.
* Press space to tilt if the battle is going nowhere.
* HP is the life (Of course. :lol:) and GIVE is the damage the respective ball gave to the opponents.
About the game:
* Made in: 45 minutes.
Link to the somewhat weirdly addicting random thing:

Ball Battle update!

Postby DeltaLeeds » Tue Jul 07, 2015 1:53 pm

Updated that Ball Battle thing I made. :lol:
I added:
* An attack status (Which is basically the speed of the balls and to show that damage is NOT randomized.).
* Much easier HP customizing.
* Much better stat showing.
* Different ball attack method.

Making random test games seems like a pointless thing to do but if you're saying that, you are WRONG!

What I learnt while making random games:
I learnt how to use float (%f) and placing decimal places on them too:
Code: Select all
float Nomor = 5.313;
sprintf(text,"Number:%.0f",Nomor);//Will show Number:5
sprintf(text,"Number:%.1f",Nomor);//Will show Number:5.3
sprintf(text,"Number:%.2f",Nomor);//Will show Number:5.31
//And so on...

Conclusion:

This post is hypothetically correct. Go make random test games guys! :D

After almost a year I remembered that there is this topic and that I've started developing a random game. Well, that game is still in development, I didn't do anything since my last post in this topic but I want to finish it. In the meantime, here's a short random game:

THERE ARE TREE WAYS TO FINNISH DIS GAME:
1. JUMP OVER D CLIFFS ON THE LEFT
2. GO TO THE FAR RIGHT OF THE MAP
3. LET THE ALIENZ KILL YUO

ENJOY!!!!!
