GE Player is Avalable on the App Store but for Windows
users it directs you to a different download page. So how exactly do you use it do download
It to your iphone/ipad or do you download it to your computer?

You need a Mac to create iPhone games with Game Editor.

You need Xcode, and Xcode is only available for Mac. That's how I found it out.

I have made 4 apps with ge and you need a Mac. X code only runs on make and you need a Mac to get your iPhone development "licence".

You can make iPhone games on a windows pc and test them on your iPhone. You need to have GePlayer installed on your iOS device, and a FTP program like FileZilla. And, yes, you do need a Mac if you wish to publish your game on the appStore. I make all my games on a PC, then transfer them to A Mac when they're ready for the appStore. :)

I didn't know that.

Not that I really give a damn anyways, I have no intention of making games for iOS. Maybe for Macs, but that's as far as I'll go in that direction.

Lets go back to the original question, if I am a Windows user how do I use GE Player?
And do I download GE Player to the iPhone or my computer?

You have to buy it from the app store. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/geplayer/id411290039?mt=8
After buying it, you should be able to follow these instructions to play/test your game. http://game-editor.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=8733&p=69650#p69650
