The gE wikipedia Page something Striking

If you go the the wikipedia page on Game Editor in the english wikipedia page it'll be the same page as it has alway been for ages giving zero reference of the 1.4.1 beta.
I have been made aware that there is a page about gE in Arabic, Ukrainian, and Russian. The Russian page peeked my curiosity because it seems to have made reference to a 1.4.1 beta. What could this mean?

My obvious opinion: This could all mean that a Russian edited the russian page, and none of us edited the other language pages.
Harsh but true translation: All of us non-russians are either too lazy or uncaring to edit any of the other language pages.

Haha no... embarrassingly the only language I have full understanding of is English and the only writing system I'm really good at is latin scripts, I do know some Hiragana (Japanese) though.
Whoever put that screenshot there never contacted me. So I was only aware of it after a search in google images...
